Physical Security

TigerVault employs data centers offing the highest security available. Physical access is strictly controlled at all entrance points by security staff, video surveillance, intrusion detection systems and other electronic means.  Multi-pass authentication is required to gain access to datacenter floors and all visitors require identification and are escorted by authorised personnel.

Environmental Safeguards

Automatic fire detection and suppression systems utilising smoke detection sensors are used in abundance.  Electrical supplies are designed to be fully redundant and maintainable without impact to operations, 24 x 7.  Uninterruptible Power Supply's (UPS) provide back-up power in the event of an electrical failure for critical and essential equipment in addition to generators.  Climate controls are deployed to maintain operating temperatures for all equipment at optimal levels.

Configuration Management

All emergency, non-routine, and other configuration changes are recorded and where possible conducted during such times as to minimize or prevent interruption of services.

Business Continuity Management

All TigerVault’s data centers have redundancy and inplace systems to tolerate failures with minimal or no impact.   These data centers are mirrored or clustered to other regions or countries to prevent total loss.

Network Security

In addition to our own data and application security our chosen data centers provide network protection against traditional network security issues.  Depending on your requirements and the services deployed, we can further enhance security upon request.

Our data centers include compliance with various certifications, including but not limited to PCI DSS Level 1 , ISO 27001 and FISMA.
